tips to get your questions answered quickly and accurately.
Product support
If you have a question about one of our products and you did not
find the answer in the FAQ's, you can contact us by e-mail using
the
product
support form. Please provide us with as much relevant
information as possible (i.e. exact product name, computer
operating system, …). This will help us to give you an accurate
answer. We do our very best to answer every inquiry as soon as
possible, however it could take up to 48 hours.
Product documentation & updates

To find documentation or updates for your specific Quintezz
product, go to the
download center and select your product
in the list. Indicate which kind of information you would like to
see and the available documents and/or update files will be
shown.
Product delivery
We guarantee delivery within 3 days for Belgium and the
Netherlands, excluding weekends and holidays, and while stocks
last. It is not possible to pick up your product.
Shipping and handling costs for Belgium and the Netherlands are
€ 4,95 per order.
