How do I know when my order has been sent to me?
Order Confirmation
After we have received your order, you will receive an order
confirmation by email. In the confirmation you can find all the
details of your order. Did you not received the confirmation
e-mail? Make sure the confirmation did not end up in the folder
with junk mail or spam. If you still cannot find it, please contact
us by sending an e-mail to support@quintezz.com.
Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a shipping
confirmation by mail. This makes it easier to follow your
order.
